I have 14 years of dedicated Home Check service that started as a former snowbird understanding the headache and needs of absentee ownership. You need someone professional to watch your home and this is a homecheck for snowbirds that is designed to fit their personal needs. One size does not fit all!
Born in the USA and son to former Stampeders star Don Luzzi I was raised in Calgary. I have 2 grown adult children and a grandson. I spent 48 years in Calgary and carved out a nice football career myself being elected to the Alberta Football Hall of Fame in 2015. Every industry I have worked in always evolved around service and trust. I've always said, "do it right or don't do it at all". Peace of mind is the first thing I give you. It is often overused by many companies in the Home Watch industry, but the service levels that I give are second to none. I have 14 years of dedicated services as a proven industry leader in Arizona. Over the years I have mentored many individuals This is not cut out for everyone. I am insured, background checked in Canada by the CPS, and in the USA by the FBI and Dept of Homeland Security. I take my job seriously. I have implemented systems and procedures that are industry top level bar standards that many have tried to duplicate.
